Taste the spirIT of Rila was this years’ slogan of the Fun4All event of our Sofia Team. We cooked, we walked, we partied and enjoyed the family weekend in Borovets, Bulgaria - in the heart of the mountain Rila.
Guided by Head Chef Veselin Kalev, we had a culinary lecture on the go, learnt about the methodology of cooking meet and mashing potatoes. We also saw techniques and equipment that ensure the best quality of the food and the service. The menu consisted of Shopska Salad, Veal Shanks on potatoes mash, with difficulty level “we can do IT”. In the same time, the kids were improving their pizza making skills and looking to take the next childish leap.
After the cooking course, we readily tested the results of our hard work in the kitchen. The event continued with a walk in the resort in the afternoon, a dinner, and we called the day with a DJ party on the terrace bar of the hotel. What could be a better way to promote employees’ happiness than to enable them to have fun with the family and the friends?
